The Modula-3 Organization (a.k.a. modula3.org) is a group of volunteers working on the development, maintenance and improvement of Modula-3.
This site contains everything from things people have said about the Modula-3 language to books that can be ordered on-line.
Membership is basically obtain based upon contribution. If you have contributed something to the improvement of Modula-3, which involves spreading the word of its existence, then you qualify for all the benefits.
At this time they are pretty modest, and all amounts to a your_name@modula3.org forwarding email address.
